Cozy Nest Ski-In-Out Pool Hot Tub Shuttle

The hosts were absolutely fantastic. Very informative, quick to respond and understanding. The location is so close to Blue Mountain and very convenient if choosing to stay outside of the Village.

The shuttle service was non-existent most of our stay. The driveway was often blocked by the company servicing the pool facilities and would tie up guests who were trying to leave or come back to their units and/or parking space. Beds were uncomfortable (for us and the kids). For the price being charged, guests shouldn’t be expected to clean and remove garbage. Our neighbours were smoking on the shared stairwell/landing as well as the patio beside us which was also disappointing as we mentioned we had young kids and it’s a shared space, but security was not helpful at all.
