Location of this hotel is good. Nearby main attraction like the taming sari tower, riverside cruise, mahkota parade, ole - ole melaka
Rooms are quiet clean
Wouldn't recommend for those travel with bad knees or old citizen. The hotel only have staircases to go up to the room

Positive remarks :
- The hotel located very near to tourist spots and able to walk around.
- Bedsheet, towels, pillow case and blanket - all clean.
- Worth the money paid.
Negative remarks:
- Only one person handling reception and housekeeping.
- Room was not ready even until 3.30pm and we were asked to leave things in room and go outing.
- When we returned, beds were prepared but bathroom was not cleaned as commited.
- Refer to picture for hair on drainage. Was smelly.
- In booking mentioned got parking available but it was road side parking which we need to pay.
- No water bottles given.
- Sink has water drainage problem.
- Safety is a major concern. our room was left without lock until we were back around 10pm.
- See picture, even if we locked the door, locking hole in door frame damaged so basically the door can be pushed and open.
- The only person working as reception and housekeeping goes missing and we have to call each time. Poor guy running around doing everything. When we checked out, we just dropped the key at reception and left.
