Literie sale et inconfortable, oreiller extra plats, robinetterie de la douche défectueuse, douche placée au-dessus du WC inondant la toilette entièrement, lavabo au pied du lit, serviettes de bain usées et trouées, insonorisation des chambres (on entend les voisins, les allées et venues, les portes qui claquent), explication sommaire pour la récupération des clés, pas d'explication pour l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée ni pour la remise des clés lors du check out....et j'en oublie certainement.
