Easy Rider Chalet Steps to Lift & Blue Village

The space was great, we loved the large carpeted floor space in the living room for my little one to crawl around! Super well equipped kitchen! Only thing I had to improvise with was lids for the larger pans (I used baking sheets as a cover to keep the heat in.) The Keurig was a great bonus!

Location was very close to the Village, throughthe backyard. Living area was nice and open. Kitchen was well equipped. Place was clean.

-No available option for parking in the property for additional visitor’s vehicle. Direction to find where to park extra car was unclear on the links provided. Parking lots initially found all had signs for ‘overnight parking not allowed’ and it specified P2-A has them…they don’t. Eventually found the lot that did…and it was ok for us to pay! That was not the issue. It was not knowing if they could stay after driving 2 1/2 hrs because of no available parking. -It’s likely temporary but because of the ongoing construction..bedroom window was covered outside, we couldn’t open window to air out room. -Recycling container inside but NO recycling bin outside, and we are diligent recyclers. Again, constructions may have caused trash bin to be moved as it was not where it was, as described in check out instructions (it was pouring rain and our guys had to look for them). I suggest instructions for occupants be updated regularly to reflect changes. - Need better mattress on sofa bed.

Nothing, except construction outside the apartment started at 7 in the morning.

Very close walking distance to the village. Clean and spacious inside the rental. Owners answer emails promptly.

Unfortunately, while the property owners main website indicates active construction, BOOKING.COM does not state this. Therefore, we were unaware we would be dealing with active construction from 7am to 7pm RIGHT OUTSIDE both front and back of the property. By the time I realized it was past the time period for a refund. I emailed the property owners with my concerns, and they reassured me more than once that the construction would not affect our unit. This was definitely not the case. It certainly made our rental feel much less peaceful and enjoyable having loud banging, heavy machinery, debris and metal fences all around us. Additionally, on one of the mornings, a random man banged loudly on the front door and proceeded to enter, stating he was there to inspect the fire alarms. We received absolutely NO notice of this. One of us was asleep at the time. Lastly, on our final evening, the door code stopped working, locking us out of the rental. I had to call their emergency line for assistance. This still occurred again afterward. I did make the property owners aware of all of the above and was met with the typical "Sorry for the inconvenience, it's out of our control". I strongly suggest having the third party booking sites indicate the construction, ensuring renters are aware of planned inspections inside the unit and fixing potential issues with the door lock system.
