A localização e o espaço do apartamento são bastante agradáveis. A vista é espetacular e a cozinha está muito bem equipada. Os quartos são também confortáveis e bem equipados. Uma zona bastante calma.
Tivemos algumas visitas inesperadas de baratas. Apesar de existir produto inseticida no local, não foi uma situação agradável. Na cozinha sentimos falta de alguns itens essenciais, como panos para limpar a loiça, esponja e toalhas ou bases adicionais para a mesa. Além disso, o teto da casa de banho principal tinha uma abertura. E a limpenza dos ralos também deixou a desejar.
