Todo genial. No puedo decir nada malo de nada del apartamento porque está todo fantástico. Lo recomiendo 100%. El apartamento está impecable. Muy buena localización, nada de ruido.

Location as well as the room.

The apartment and location were good, but unfortunately the staff and organisation affected our experience. On the morning of arrival, we were suddenly told we had to move to Tandem El Patio due to “maintenance issues.” The alternative was much further from the location I specifically booked. However, when I refused the change and asked to cancel, they suddenly said they could keep me at Tandem Mezquita and “turn away another guest.” This was very confusing — if my apartment was unavailable because of maintenance, I do not understand why refusing their alternative suddenly made the original property available. The explanation seemed to change once I declined their offer. I also requested early check-in in advance and was told they would try. In person I was told around 3pm, but eventually received the apartment around 4pm. I understand 4pm is the official check-in time, but expectations were unnecessarily raised. Most surprisingly, the duvet was provided without a cover. Staff initially told me they do not provide duvet covers in summer, and I had to repeatedly explain that this was about hygiene, not warmth, before they eventually provided one. Later, I requested only one extra hour for checkout and was immediately refused without even being asked for my apartment number. After the earlier disagreement, the overall attitude made the service feel unnecessarily personal. Finally, I would not recommend this property for families or anyone with heavy/expensive luggage. You check in at a separate hotel and then have to pull your luggage through the old streets to reach the apartment. The apartment itself is good, but the communication and customer service need significant improvement.
