Die zentrale Lage. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermittlung.
Die Appartementtür war undicht und klapperte jedes Mal wenn jemand die Eingangstür geöffnet hat. Die Tür öffnete sich selbst weil die Klinke nicht funktionierte.
Es ist stickig in dem Appartement, das Fenster kann für die Nacht nicht gekippt werden und auch nicht offen gelassen werden weil die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist.
Es gab zu wenig Geschirr, z. B. nur ein Wasserglas

Location relative to shops, boulangeries, bottle shops, cafes and restaurants, plus public transport is excellent. Bed is ample and comfortable.
Hot water was always available and HOT. Shower is great.
We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment is very convenient for a stay in Paris. On the whole the apartment is excellent.
I am giving you the following specific feedback though on a few maintenance aspects of the apartment.
* Ventilation is poor and it is very hot. Had to open the door to the courtyard to ‘change the air’. This was problematic and not nice when the neighbour smoked in the courtyard polluting that stagnant air which then entered the unit.
* Not tea towel provided to dry crockery.
* Used cleaning sponges and scourer pads in kitchen. These should be changed each time. A small cost given the daily rental cost.
* Clock on wall ready to fall off due to inadequate hook in the wall.
* Door to cupboard within which the water pipes are located just fell out one night. I wedged it into place with a piece of cardboard.
* cool air is able to leak IN around the door. A draft stop material would solve that.
* The large stand fan is rickety and at risk of just falling over and possibly breaking.
* a small stand on which to unfold and place suitcases would be good instead of having to place them on the floor.
* while the door locks are traditional, older hands struggled with them somewhat

Perfekte Lage. Besser geht es nicht. Sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett, große Dusche.
Kein Tageslicht. Zwar gemütlich, aber kein richtiges Fenster.
