Loved: the kid friendly room, high chair, pen, and books & toys; well stocked kitchen, fire pit, hot tub, location, the views, front porch, the Greenway path, nearby activities and walking to restaurants. Great communications with property manager! Esp appreciate the maintenance help with upstairs shower drain and deadbolt! He was very nice!
Kitchen tables and stools were unsteady. The floors needed mopping because our feet were dirty just walking inside. The fire pit side porch was unclean, including chairs. The hot tub directions were not available. The back porch was unclean and needs updating. The front porch was unclean and the cushions to the chairs are in need of cleaning. Why is there a cleaning fee when we had to use leaf blower, vacuum, replace molded shower liner, scrub bathrooms, etc? We suggest letting renters know about steps both outside and inside the home.
