Hidden Treasure truly lives up to its name! We stayed here for one night with our family and booked both rooms, which gave us the entire beautiful courtyard to ourselves. It felt like staying in our own cozy cottage in the middle of the hills. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. His warmth, kindness, and attention to every little detail made us feel more like guests in a family home than visitors at a homestay. The home-cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, authentic, and prepared with great care. It was the perfect way to start our day before exploring Nuwara Eliya. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature. A lovely tea garden is just a 5-minute uphill walk, offering beautiful views and a wonderful morning stroll. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the courtyard was a perfect place to relax with a cup of tea in the cool mountain weather. If you're looking for genuine Sri Lankan hospitality instead of just another hotel, Hidden Treasure is the perfect choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended to families, couples, and anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya!

Should arrange some board games or any other facilities to use at night to spend time in the night. The uphill path to the property was poorly lit. Sometimes it may be difficult to climb the path at night. Not suitable for elderly people or with walking disabilities.
