Apartamentai pačiame centre, viskas nauja ir gražiai įrengta. Atvykome vėlokai tai patiko ir labai patogu buvo, kad nereikėjo derinti atvykimo laiko su savininku, nes įrengtos išmanios spynos. Apartamentai tikrai puikūs, kitą kart atvykus į Radviliškį jau žinosim kur apsistoti.

The location was excellent. The apartment was clean.

Lock system (we faced difficulties with it. Rather than acknowledging feedback about aspects that were not up to standard, the host repeatedly took the opportunity to "correct" and scold us). The host also required unnecessary personal information and claimed it was mandated by Lithuanian law, which was not the case. This further added to our discomfort and violation of privacy. Next thing was hallway radiator issue. We briefly increased its temperature to dry wet shoes, as there were no radiators inside our unit. The host, who was apparently monitoring the temperature remotely, immediately scolded us for this. It also made us feel as if we were constantly watched. We also faced some problems with the shower and hot water. The host offered his help, but again - he didn't miss a chance to make us feel that "we were wrong". I explained the host that it was our feedback for the future guests rather than complaints, but we always felt as if we were only dealing with the apartment issues instead of enjoying our short vacation. I hope the host will, in the future, be more receptive to guest feedback and focus on resolving concerns rather than placing blame or trying to prove the guest wrong.
