Przyjazna infolinia w razie jakichkolwiek pytań, mieszkanie super czyste, dobrze wyposażone, 5 minut spacerem od Lubelskiego Centrum Konferencyjnego, w pobliżu centrum handlowego, wszystkich potrzebnych usług i Ogrodu Saskiego. Plus za możliwość wynajmu miejsca garażowego.
EasyRent ma sporo miejsc parkingowych w garażu jednak nie ma za bardzo kontroli nad tym, kto gdzie staje. Dostałem miejsce, które było już zajęte.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty i komfortowy apartament z wieloma udogodnieniami. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. Gorąco polecam!!!
Lokalizacja nieco kłopotliwa ze względu na dojazd komunikacją miejską. Trzeba dokładnie rozpoznać przystanki autobusowe. Po tym dojazd nie stanowi już większego problemu

Bardzo ładna klatka schodowa. Czystość w lokalu. Lokalizacja, jeśli komuś zależy na bliskości knajpek.
Brak klimatyzacji, co w ciepłe dni w zasadzie uniemożliwia spanie (ostatnia kondygnacja). Ze względu na lokalizację nie da się spać przy otwartych oknach (zbyt głośno). Kołdra w podwójnym łóżku szerokości na jedną osobę. Poduszki niewygodne. Aneks kuchenny ciemny, zlokalizowany w korytarzu, który jest również wiatrołapem. Mikrofalówka w części wspólnej na trzy lokale. Nazwa 'apartament' jest raczej na wyrost. Ciężko znaleźć miejsce do zaparkowania auta. Prywatny plac w pobliżu kamienicy kosztuję 100zł za dobę.
