I liked the size of the place and the location, and it had pretty much all that we needed, including Netflix. The owner was very receptive and nice. For the price it was well furnished.
It didn't have enough plants in the outdoor space. I think the outdoor space could have been made more receptive to sit outside in the sun, given that there was no view. Can be easily fixed if the owner would like to make that space a feature.
And just a minor thing, there was no toilet paper when we arrived, but the owner was really gracious and fixed that pretty quickly. The other thing is the lockbox was difficult because there was only one set of keys, and you had to have the same schedule or get locked in or out. So my recommendation would be for the owner to supply two sets of keys because there are two bedrooms.
