מיקום נחמד לטיול בצפון היער השחור, הדירות בבניין חדש ונעים מאד, דירות מרווחות ונקיות, מטבח מאובזר, יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש במרתף המשותפים לכל הבנין, אבל זה הקל מאד על השהיה שלנו. היתה לנו חויה טובה מאד, התאים מאד להרכב המשפחתי הגדול שלנו (לקחנו שתי דירות)
היה מועיל אם היו מאווררים או מיזוג אויר, היה קצת קשה להיות בדירה בשעות הערב ולישון בלי מיזוג, כשפתחתנו חלונות כדי שייכנס אויר נכנסו חרקים כי אין רשתות בימים שלא היה חם מאד, הכל היה נהדר
