Very poor standard of accommodation & unsatisfactory customer service.
This is the worst property I have ever stayed at via bookings - please avoid.
Arrived when the temperatures were -2degrees snow and ice outside, no heating switched on. When switching on the two heaters only the one closest the windows worked, but heat soon escaped out of the poor quality single glazed windows with no curtains! Whenever a car / bus went passed the window (it’s on a main road) the windows rattled. We contacted the company who said they would send some round to repair the hearing and no one arrived! After a cold night & freezing morning we contacted the company & bookings.com to arrange a refund - this has never been provided. We checked out at 11am and booked alternative cosy accommodation for the remainder of our 4 day mini break in Nottinghamshire.
