Kumaran Grand - Luxury Rooms

Since the room was 7 months old. It looks really neat and easily accessible to the nearest hospitals, hotels and highway. It has got amenities like Individual Party Hall (seperate from the room), Garden, Children's Play area and Gym. The reception of guests (us) were good. Our vehicle and our belongings were safe during our stay.

Though they have a seperate party hall, the hotel staffs allowed a group of local youngsters to have their drinks party (ground floor of the room). They were really senseless and barbaric making unnecessary noise. We weren't able to sleep properly that night. We've also noticed that most of your hotel staffs were also involved in that scene. After waking up early in the morning, the next day we were about to take bath using hot water. But they haven't switched ON the common heater. When I reported them regarding this issue, most of them were in the hangover. They stated some lame reason for not working in the early morning.
