The apartment was very clean and just off the main shopping street. They left water for us, plenty of towels, and even laundry soap for the washer! Awesome handbook inside with local things to do and see as well as instructions for using the appliances!
Only drawbacks are that there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor so that makes it difficult for carrying heavy luggage or people with mobility issues and the futon is pretty short so it wouldn't work for someone taller.

Great communication from Chie. Easy to find with taxi. Lovely apartment with great attention to detail and very clear instructions. Very clean with all equipment for laundry. Chie was very supportive and provided lists of restaurant options and even some toys for my little daughter.
