Our stay at Nostalgia 28 was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to our fantastic host, Chen. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, even taking us on an incredible hike to Tiger Leaping Gorge. On the way back we visited his local temple and he shared his favorite snack: chicken bean jelly. We also saw the wetlands and had a walk on the boardwalks.
A real highlight were the tea ceremonies, our chats over tea were wonderful, allowing us to learn so much about each other's cultures and backgrounds. Chen's hospitality is truly unmatched. If you want an authentic and welcoming experience, this is the place to stay!
We stayed in the North America room which was incredibly comfortable. Brand new, large TV, comfy king size bed, rain shower, Japanese toilet, lounge area, bottomless tea, coffee and water. Free laundry and modern dryer available for us to use.
