Next to the mall
No noise
There was a lot of odour in the house(not sure if it was diffusers or not)could not sleep had to use AC to mask/neutralize it

Good location, secure premises.
Not enough privacy. Windows and balcony compromise privacy when open or curtains drawn.
Premises has a lot of traffic (youngsters especially). Phone charging ports not readily available for use.
