Location right near the beach front and overlooking some of the centre, so cant go wrong for a central base to access all amenities. Well kitted out, everything you would want and need for a relaxing stay. Modern decor throughout, clean and tidy! Parking right outside the property (accessed via Old Steine road) which was handy and only £20 for the day, a steal compared to street parking!
The windows overlooking the town centre are single pane and therefore noise can travel, given how busy it can be may keep light sleepers up. No curtains either and therefore bright morning means an early wake - not bad for us as we are early risers!

Parking charges were applied despite advertising as free private parking. Host came knocking on the door in the morning found it disturbing
