The facilities are good. Location is good, walking distance ~ 8 mins from Chur main station. The room is also very nice and spacious for all 4 of us.

Sometimes we need to wait to go for shower. But this is common with sharing bathroom.

HORROR!!!!

Nothing to like here....bad property and bad owner ... warning to stay away from such scams

The property offers rooms like is a series of prison cells literally with a bathroom to share and extremely poor run down place, and I have traveled many third world countries Africa or Asia... nothing like this one...shame for booking.com who accepts such owners as pictures and all details and descriptions are misleading to fraudulent point

- Zustand: viele Sachen wirken günstig improvisiert (Badezimmer ist ein normaler Raum mit zusammengeschusterten Duschkabinen), Rohre sichtbar, Wände blättern ab, stellenhaft überstrichen - Sauberkeit: Boden fegen, Waschbecken, Spiegel, Kühlschränke putzen, Papierhandtücher/Klopapier regelmäßiger auffüllen - Allgemein: lieblos und chaotisch, einzelne Bretter stehen ohne Sinn mitten in der Wohnung und vor der Eingangstür herum -wirkt wie Monate vor der Neueröffnung

0 comunicaciones con nadie, la habitación horrible, sin sabanas, todo roto, reservas una cosa y es otra. No puedes hablar con nadie sobre ninguno de los problemas.

Gestore cordiale e rispondeva sempre velocemente. Posizione centralissima. Appartamento caldo (gennaio). A disposizione caffè, cucina con frigorifero.

Parti comuni tutte in disordine; sembrava di essere nel mezzo di un trasloco. Letti tutti differenti con un solo lenzuolo coprimaterasso. Docce (2) ricavate da un bagno unico ma con tubi a vista, pareti divisorie da cantiere e fili "volanti". Bagni (2) scuri, con lavandino all'esterno in comune. lenzuala lavate nell'appartamento e stese in giro per la casa. Appartamento di ca. 7 camere, quindi un po' sottodimensionate le parti comuni. Nel nome dell'azienda è indicato "bagno in comune" ma nella descrizione della camera no, quindi si potrebbe pensare che hanno anche camere con bagno privato, invece no. Quindi, se alla fine è un appartamento vivibile, le foto, le descrizioni e come viene mantenuto sono insufficienti.
