The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was very easy. We arrived late in the evening, but the self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, so we had no problems accessing the property. The location is also convenient, about a 10–12 minute walk from Chur train station, making it a good option for travelers arriving by train.

The shared bathroom and toilet were the biggest downside of our stay. They appeared to be unfinished or still under renovation, and the overall shared area felt somewhat disorganized. The property is essentially an apartment where individual rooms are rented separately, which was different from what we expected. For a one-night stay it was acceptable, but we would not choose it for a longer visit. Guests who are sensitive about bathroom cleanliness, privacy, or security may find it less comfortable, as the bathroom facilities and door security could be improved.
