Muy bien ubicado, el señor que lo llevaba muy amable.
Sobre todo valoro la relacion calidad precio. Teniendo en cuenta que Suiza es muy caro, esta casa cumple las expectativas
La casa esta en reformas, sin terminar, pero valoro es esfuerzo y la dedicacion del propietario.

Ambiente tranquilo, quarto privado, mas instalações tipo hostel, bem equipado, recomendo.

The facilities are good. Location is good, walking distance ~ 8 mins from Chur main station. The room is also very nice and spacious for all 4 of us.
Sometimes we need to wait to go for shower. But this is common with sharing bathroom.

- Zustand: viele Sachen wirken günstig improvisiert (Badezimmer ist ein normaler Raum mit zusammengeschusterten Duschkabinen), Rohre sichtbar, Wände blättern ab, stellenhaft überstrichen
- Sauberkeit: Boden fegen, Waschbecken, Spiegel, Kühlschränke putzen, Papierhandtücher/Klopapier regelmäßiger auffüllen
- Allgemein: lieblos und chaotisch, einzelne Bretter stehen ohne Sinn mitten in der Wohnung und vor der Eingangstür herum
