Mare 1BR Romantic Villa, 5 Min to Thomas Beach

Thank goodness for comfy pillows and a big king bed. The distance from main road was a short walk and we had District 6 cafe for an easy stroll to breakfast and many other good food places around. We had sun from about 10am-2.30pm in pool zone which we took advantage of. The owner was amazing with communication and was there to welcome us also. Thank you for being so attentive.

The swimming pool area could benefit from having a pool net lift available to sweep leaves out as they seem to collect their very quickly which isn’t anybody’s fault but a pool that would be handy. And older people will find it hard to get in and out of the pool as there is no rail and the steps are tall. I used the sliding door handle as a way of helping myself out. A drying rack is needed to hang wet clothing and towels. While there is a couple of hooks on the wall to hang a few bits, we needed more space for drying. There is a friendly gecko who likes to hide behind the washing hanging on the wall also. The bath right inside the door was odd.

Great location. The villa is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. I love the amount of space and the 1-room layout. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
