Unlocking system for the entry gate was an issue

Lugar tranquilo y céntrico.

Cuando estaba descansando a eso del 1/2 día el propietario abrió la puerta de repente y sin avisar. Es mi privacidad. No me gustó para nada. Si el dueño del lugar quería ingresar debe enviar un mensaje, anotarlo en las reglas en Booking o tocar la puerta antes ,ya que la persona/as pueden sentirse incómoda.

Nice location, clean, very friendly staff

All was great. If you care about AC, the place doesn’t have one but has a strong fan. I don’t use AC that much so this was not an issue but I know this is something important for other people

Super friendly and responsive owner and property manager! The owner let me tag along to the beach with him one day… & was quick to deliver a cutting board when requested. The place is super clean with fancy organic shampoo and shower gel. Location is tops, just minutes walking distance to myriad shops and restaurants, the one fee-less ATM (at BCR) as well as to myriad restaurants, the Uvita waterfall, & the swimming hole at the Bamboo Forest. I liked that there are only 4 other studios, so not a very busy place at night. Also loved the washing machine. Dryer too, but didn’t need it since laundry dried so quickly in the sun this season (Feb).

I stayed in the studio without A/C. Which I might think twice about next time. I found it too humid to be inside during the day, & in the evening it was a bit difficult to rest, as there was no screen for the sliding door (so mosquitos could get in if opened for ventilation) & the one window opened next to a palm tree that scraped the corrugated roof throughout the night. The owner was extremely attentive to this, yet the issue was not fully resolved before the end of my stay.
