Superrr quiet and very nice and simple room I enjoyed everything about this place and would recommend and it was at a good price for two days
It was super confusing how to get in but a lady helped us out just check for the instructions and it’s easy

The property was conveniently located,
with many eateries within walking distance.
The parking was a bit of an issue and could have been made more clear before hand.

The location is really good. Everything is nearby. Lots of options for parking honestly. We parked in the 4th avenue parking garage through the week. $10 for a full day and then used on the street free parking by the room on weekdays. Not the safest area at night so definitely recommend moving your car during the daytime. Convenient though and nice room. Very responsive host.
Silverware was dirty when I got there. Went and bought plastic. Trash under bed.

Nice condo close to everything.
Was emailed saying check-in couldn't happen until 7pm even though the listing says 4pm and was told on confirmation call it was 4pm. Be it luckily I don't arrive til that night anyways.
