The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The design was stunning and fit beautifully with the aesthetic of the champagne house. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
An added bonus when we checked in they had upgraded our room which was lovely.
Having the spa on site is also great and a lovely way to relax.
I can’t recommend this place enough for a stay in Reims.
The location is also excellent, a few minutes walk from town and close to the station too.

Het personeel is echt waanzinnig aardig en beleefd. Ze spreken allemaal goed Engels, dus voor Internationale gasten is dat ook helemaal prima.
Het is jammer dat er geen diner faciliteiten zijn, maar elk nadeel is weer een voordeel, want dan ga je lekker de stad in. Ze geven daar goede tips voor de eetlocaties, dus dat komt dan helemaal goed.

Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel et un personnel compétent et à l’écoute.
La chambre au top avec une décoration élégante et de qualité le tout niché au centre de Reims.
Rien jusque nous n’avons pas pu tester le spa pas encore ouvert lors de notre séjour.
