Genuine Canarian environment & experience. Friendly, helpful, hosts, responsive to messages. All facilities very close. Loved the panoramic views of mountains from the terrace & the jumble of rooftops, banana plantations and town life below. Enjoyed the sounds of town waking up, with the usual barking dogs, cockerels crowing, children playing, then all silent at night. Not luxurious accomodation but very clean, with several brand new goods. We were always able to park just around the corner & there is an area of rough ground available very close. We had fantastic weather and wonderful walks.

The entrance yard and staircase are not appealing! Thankfully, the appartment was fine and the terrace a welcome surprise. Guests need to be aware there are about 50 steps up the internal staircase to Atico Martin. We did not hear the other residents at all. All basics were provided but a few little additions would make such a difference and create a very good impression. May I suggest...... a bread knife. Some sharp knives for vegetables, vegetable peeler, a slotted spoon, another small saucepan and maybe a small frying pan. Also, a washing up bowl and plugs for the sink and washbasin. Warm blankets were provided but better bedlinen would perfect the comfortable bedroom. We did however, notice all the new items.... kettle, microwave, blender, frying pans, crockery, washing machine and furniture and would be happy to stay again.

L'ottima posizione come base per esplorare l'intera isola. Il bellissimo e ampio terrazzo panoramico con vista sulle montagne e la vallata circostante e che spazia fino al mare. La massima disponibilità e attenzione da parte dei proprietari.

La casa nei giorni del nostro soggiorno (fine dicembre, probabilmente meno caldo della media), era talvolta un po' fredda e umida.
