The staff was polite and helpful and arranging things when asked. The location is off beat meaning no rush, peaceful and relaxing.

We had many issues with the bathroom. First the geyser plug was sparking. Secondly the geyser in one of the rooms was not working and had very low pressure. It got fixed after 2 nights which was not helpful at all when we had to leave early in the mornings. Third the toilet hand shower was also broken. Fourth in the second room the flush was leaking.
