Location: Lovely neighbourhood with many trees and within walking distance of the acropolis and all the central things. If you know the right path, the walk back from city centre is very enjoyable. We found the bus the best way to depart but you can also get the metro, which is not too far. There is usually a lime scooter nearby as well. There are also many friendly stray cats in the area. Apartment: Completely exceeded our expectations. Very secure front door and security system, and electric shutters on all the doors to the balcony. Large beautiful balcony with loads of trees for a view. All beds are comfy and each room has its own custom climate control. Two big bathrooms and a good laundry room. We didn't really use the kitchen (except the fridge and sink) but it seems well suited. Host: Excellent communicator and very polite. I don't know what else to write as I don't normally leave reviews but I highly recommend this place. If I were to come back to Athens, I would stay here again. We quickly felt at home.

Andreas was a gracious and accommodating host. He was always prompt with his responses and very kindly let us check out later. His beautiful apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment was large enough to host our 5 person family and had all the amenities we needed including washer dryer, dishwasher, coffe maker, a crib and high chair which we appreciated for our 5 month old baby. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and sip coffee in the mornings and enjoy wine in the evening. There is a phenomenal bakery for breakfast one block away and we had an incredible dinner also one block away. We felt like locals living in the city. We would definitely come back to Andreas Urban Retreat when we visit Athens in the future as it gave us an authentic perspective of the real Athens just far enough from the touristy sites but close enough to access by walking or cab.

Appartamento come si vede da foto, molto accogliente e pulito. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo
