Der Kontakt war bereits kurz vor unserer Anreise hervorragend. Wir wurden proaktiv und ausführlich über das Procedere mit dem Türcode und der Schlüsselbox informiert. Es wurden Bilder vom Hauseingang und auch von Parkmöglichkeiten per WhatsApp geschickt.
Die Wohnung selbst war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, vor allem das Wohnzimmer und die beiden Schlafzimmer. Betten sehr bequem und ebenso das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Lage mehr als perfekt am Eingang der Kurzone und alles war in max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Billa, DM und weitere Geschäfte sogar nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Michaela hat uns über WhatsApp betreut, war jederzeit ansprechbar und mega nett. Auch Dank ihrer Tipps für ein tolles Restaurant mit lokaler Küche und leckeren Bier haben wir eine tolle Zeit in Karslbad gehabt.

The location. The giant rooms with the very big windows. It was very clean.
The small toilet room and the door that didn’t have a number on it so it was confusing. We also could not fit in the little elevator.
