Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist bereits für das nächste Mal unser klarer Favorit. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte Schlüsseltresor. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig in einer Sackgasse in Zingst. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles ist in gutem Zustand und funktioniert. Bequeme feste Betten und eine große vernünftige Couch im Wohnzimmer, auf der man auch einen langen Abend sitzen kann (top). Es gibt noch einen Balkon mit zwei Sofas auf dem man die Sonne genießen kann (Südausrichtung). Internet ist stabil und schnell. Hervorzuheben ist die Parksituation. Der Parkplatz war ein Einzelparkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Nicht wie sonst in Zingst üblich ein Gemeinschaftsparkplatz auf dem die Autos eng an eng stehen und schnell mal ne Delle in der Tür ist. Einen überdachten Fahrradständer gibt es direkt am Haus.
Es fehlt in der Wohnung eine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung unterzubringen (Schrank oder Regal). Bei zwei Leute über ein verlängertes Wochenende kein so großes Problem. Da kann man aus dem Koffer leben.
