Apartment is big and in a green location

It looks like the condition of the appartment is left without any care and attention. A lot of broken or undue functioned things. The worst issue is cleanliness. The floor was obviously dirty. It smelled with cigarettes. Therefore, we did not fell ourselves comfortable.
