Executive Private Space

There is potential, the owner, Joseph, called me the following day for feed back and below is basically what I told him.

I was the first guest to stay in this place and noted the following: 1. No one available when I wanted to check in (wife was on a school run, Joseph in work). If there are other commitments preventing the owner greeting the guest, invest in a coded lock box so the guest can access the key and gain entry to the room. 2. The handyman eventually let me in, but took 20 minutes to find a key 3. The heating was off when I entered (electric wall heater) but the room started to warm up when it was switched on at the mains - The main problem was that Joseph controlled the heating on his phone app, so 11.30pm woke up to a boiling hot room (26 degrees) and had to switch the radiator off as there was no way to regulate the temperature. This meant that the room was freezing in the morning. 4. The TV was only connected to the house wifi, so couldn't access anything other than you tube. 5. The mezanine floor was freezing to walk on, carpet would have been better. 6. The curtains were a foot to long and dragged along the floor, they are going to get filthy as they are directly in front of the access point to the room. 7. There was a small metal chair / table provided, the chair was freezing cold to sit on. 8. There is no bedside table 9. There is no bedside lamp, though there was a run of green LED lights. 10. The kettle lead didn't reach the socket unless placed on the floor 11. No tea, coffee, milk or sugar provided though Joseph offered to go and get some when he returned from work (I refused). These are minor problems and can easily be sorted, if they were then I would not hesitate to stay again.
