Pedro's place is newly renovated, very clean and well equipped. The shower has a drop-down seat and grab bars for the disabled. Had a problem with the key code getting in, but Pedro was very quick to respond to questions.
La Casita is on a busy street and I was awoken at 6am and couldn't get back to sleep due to traffic noise. Had to rely on sleep aids for the remaining nights. If you're a sound sleeper or early riser, it shouldn't be a problem.
