Overall Experience Feedback We had a generally pleasant stay at the property. The house itself is beautiful but not child-friendly, and the view is truly the highlight of the experience. The cool weather and fresh air made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The peaceful atmosphere is something we genuinely appreciated and one of the main reasons we chose this place.

However, there are several areas that need improvement. Upon arrival, there was a scheduling overlap. We were advised that check-in was at 12:00 NN, but the previous guests were scheduled to check out at 2:00 PM, which caused confusion and inconvenience (they extended our check out time). We were also unsure whether the bed sheets and pillowcases had been properly replaced, as the caretaker appeared to be rushing during turnover. The kitchen setup could also be improved. While there was a large cooking pot available, it was not compatible with the induction cooker. Cooking utensils and equipment were limited, which made food preparation time-consuming and challenging. If the property accommodates up to 10 guests, it would be helpful to provide sufficient utensils and kitchenware for that number (the utensils are good for 4 guests), even the available beds can only accommodate 4-6 guests. We also noticed that the interior of the plate storage cabinet was not clean. Additionally, the remote control batteries were no longer functioning, which caused minor inconvenience. The presence of CCTV cameras made us feel slightly uncomfortable, as it felt like we were constantly being monitored. Clarification on their placement, particularly whether any are indoors, would be appreciated. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, and we were unable to use it properly for entertainment purposes. Communication could also be more responsive and timely. Would we come back? Yes, primarily because of the stunning view and relaxing ambiance. However, we sincerely hope these areas can be improved to enhance the overall experience for future guests.
