I had a pleasant stay here. The host, Brian, was very approachable and responsive from the moment I made the booking. Entry was smooth and I didn’t face any difficulties. The facilities were good, and the location was excellent — very close to Woolies, which was super convenient.
Even when I was about 30 minutes late for checkout, I messaged Brian and he was very understanding, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I was happy with my stay and would definitely visit again.
The only issue I faced was that my room didn’t have an AC. The fan provided wasn’t very effective, so I hope this is something they can improve in the future.

除了入住地址挺方便 15分钟之内有火车 有超市外都不是很满意
首先因为飞机票的原因我们想在12点办理入住是不行的，那只能先去其他地方休息，但是他们明明有客厅可以安置我们的行李箱他们只是不愿意，之后到了晚上来办理入住，房门的锁放在一个很隐蔽的地方找也找不到设置了一个台阶，在夜晚的时候兼职就是一个陷阱！让我的朋友直接摔伤！
房东请的清洁工在入住的第二天对我们的房门进行了反锁，导致我们无法进入休息洗漱还影响到了第二天原定蓝山游玩的行程，还倒打一耙准备把房门反锁的责任推卸到我们身上，幸好我联络了我的亲戚进行了微信和电话的沟通，微信的聊天记录都有，第二天他们才自己过来开了门，所以我是否可以这么认为只要你们看到时候华人就用这种方式去让我们支付250刀的开锁费用？而且至始至终没有清洁工的联系方式，入住的这么多天餐巾纸、沐浴乳和浴巾都没有及时的添加更换，幸好我们自己备了一次性的。500刀的押金在退房后的24小时也没退回，目前我还在联络客服，整体非常糟糕！
