The apartment is exactly as in the photos.

The apartment is really spacious and matches the photos in terms of the interior space. However, my experience was very negative, and I did not feel safe during my stay. First, the location is terrible, especially for anyone who depends on transportation or wants convenience when getting around. For the price charged, I expected a better location and a much more comfortable experience. In addition, at the time of check-in, the instructions stated that there was a camera/doorbell at the apartment door, including a photo saying it was for the guests’ safety. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable going up to the apartment and immediately requested a refund before even entering. I contacted Booking, but I was informed that the refund would depend on the host. The host refused and said that the camera had already been removed. Even so, this information only appeared at check-in, which I consider inappropriate and concerning. After a few days, an even more uncomfortable situation happened. Early in the morning, a man kept ringing and knocking on the door several times. I was sick, had not slept well, and woke up frightened. I did not open the door. Shortly after, my friend arrived and saw this man opening the lockbox where the apartment keys are kept, which is located next to the apartment door. He knew the code and said he needed to enter to carry out maintenance/inspection in the apartment. Only after this did I see a message from the host asking if I could let this man in. In other words, there was no proper prior notice, nor any respect for the guests’ privacy. It gave the impression that the host thought I was not staying there and sent someone to the apartment. This is extremely unsafe because if the key had been inside the lockbox, that person could have entered the apartment while my belongings were still inside. I found the whole situation completely unnecessary, invasive, and unprofessional.
