cleanliness, convenience, host seemed to actually care about the guests! pretty spacious room and bathroom as well.

This room was an unexpected treat. The owner was kind, accommodating, and discreet. The room itself was comfortable and well outfitted, with comfortable bedding, towels provided for the ensuite shower, and even a candy bowl! Just around the corner was an exceptional Irish pub for dinner, and the beach for a chilly, but romantic evening walk.
