Joyces Highview

I stayed a total of three nights in this amazing property. It’s very close to the town. If I wanted to go anywhere, the owner recommended a taxi service. This place was exceptionally clean and well kept. Mr. Saunders and Mary were remarkably nice and welcoming. All my needs were met in a very good way. Thank you, Mr Saunders and Mary, for a very restful and beautiful stay in St Vincent. I forgot the native seasonal fruits (during my stay I ate cashew apple and mangoes) that were provided for me which were beyond yummy! The place is well stocked with all the different spices, if one chose to cook. This host looks out for his guests!!!!!! 10/10!!!!

Too short of a stay!

The location was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of both the city and the ocean. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, modern, and tastefully furnished, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hosts were truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything, from meal preparations and grocery shopping. Their hospitality made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-supported stay.

This property is situated at a central location in Kingstown. It has lovely views of the town and the mountains. It’s decorated beautifully and is quite comfortable. The staff is very accommodating.

There are quite a few stairs so you need strong legs for the up and down! Having AC in the living room area would be nice but there’s nothing else that I could say that I didn’t like. It’s great.

The view from the balcony is lovely, but I mostly enjoyed how welcoming and helpful the hosts, Mary and Rondel, were. During my 4-week stay they checked in on me regularly, organised some unique experiences (like going for a swim in the evening, line fishing with a local fisherman, watching a cricket match at the stadium...), brought over local fruits and snacks to try, shared their cooking etc. Rondel has put his heart into Joyce's Highview and is still constantly looking for ways to improve the place. I'm confident to say that if you decide to stay here, you will be well looked after.

There is no hot water in the kitchen and there's only AC in the bedrooms (not in the living room/kitchen). Any other minor inconveniences, however, were quickly looked into when mentioned (f.e. they brought over some cooking oil and have now installed a spice rack).
