The hotel is located in an excellent and convenient area of Karachi, with markets and other essential facilities nearby. The location is busy and active 24/7, making it easy to travel to different parts of the city. Security was a major plus, with active security guards available around the clock. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the air conditioning worked very well, and the breakfast arrangements were satisfactory. Overall, the service was very good, and I had a comfortable and satisfying stay.
The only major improvement I would suggest is providing an in-room safe or locker inside the wardrobe to securely store important belongings such as passports and cash while guests are away from their rooms. This would provide greater peace of mind, especially during room cleaning. There was also a brief interruption in the water supply during my stay, although the water was restored afterward. Ensuring an uninterrupted water supply and providing in-room safes would make the guest experience even better.

Small but comparatively clean and nice place for short stay.
The whole property is not centralised.

The service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. It was a great experience from check-in to check-out.
