Przemiła obsługa. Sokojne, ciche miejsce na wypoczynek. Priorytetem było miejsce z akceptowalnym zwierzakiem.
Brak łazienek w pokojach.

Świetna lokalizacja. Cisza i spokój pomimo bliskości centrum. Bardzo miła właścicielka.

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z kuchenką gazową, mikrofalówką, czajnikiem elektrycznym i dużą wspólną lodówką oraz ze wszystkimi sztućcami i naczyniami do przygotowania posiłków, a także z zapasem kawy i herbaty. Duży taras z widokiem na ogród. Miejsce parkingowe na posesji na 3 samochody.
Mało wydajna instalacja do ogrzewania kaloryferów w pokoju i równocześnie do ciepłej wody. Być może przyczyna tkwi w niewłaściwym ustawieniu termostatu regulującego temperaturę wody. Pewną niedogodnością jest wspólna jedna łazienka na parterze i jedna łazienka na piętrze.
