New apartment, we had been the third guests. AC is working top. Bathroom is fine. There is a table and chairs outside on the veranda. We used the kitchen for cutting fruits only, but that was pretty convient. The hosts are super friendly. Location is perfect - 3 mins to silent beach; 10 mins to man surfer beach. Plenty of super restaurants along the way.
We have not tried if the kitchen is working, so cannot tell. Otherwise everything is fine.
