L'extrême gentillesse Suneet (notre hôte) et sa volonté de mettre à l'aise et faciliter le séjour au maximum. Le rapport qualité prix pour un logement à Paris.
Il faut être bien conscient qu'il s'agit d'une chambre chez l'habitant : l'hôte est présent même s'il est très discret, sympathique et accomodant. Une seconde chambre est louée avec la salle de bain partagée. Cela ne nous a pas gênés, mais ça peut être un frein pour d'autres personnes.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. La chambre était propre, calme et confortable. Le logement correspondait à la description, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. L’emplacement est pratique, proche des commerces et des transports. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication avec l’hôte a été excellente. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.
