We had a good stay overall. The hosts were very nice and welcoming, and the people there were friendly and helpful. When we mentioned that the bathroom was separate from the room, they were very understanding and moved us to a better place, which we really appreciated. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!

It was hard to get into contact with the host by phone sometimes

We were moved to a different property in a different location and in one apartment instead of two separate. Having said that the apartment itself was in a good location and with a balcony with a great view of the city, spacious and most likely better than the original booking which was cheap. We were just relieved it wasn’t cancelled entirely and ultimately we were happy with the alternative provided.

No cutlery, plates, glasses. TV did not work, some old food left in microwave. The kitchen equipment was provided but not until it was almost time to leave so we couldn’t really use the kitchen. Though this is the alternative property, actual listing may not have these issues.

Was clearly advertised and I was instructed at how to arrive there with no issues. The room was lovely and included everything I needed with water bottles provided. The shower was amazing and free laundry as well provided which was even better. It was my best stay in Saigon.
