Apartamento de 3 habitaciones con terraza panorámica, cerca de la playa en L'Escala - HISP-236-34

This is one of those rental properties you hesitate to give an honest review of because it's so wonderful you want to keep it all to yourself! The large wrap-around terrace is the wow factor, and is spectacular for evening meals and day-time lounging, and uninterrupted views or the sea/stars/beach; the rooms and beds are comfortable with ample storage space; the bathroom works well with good shower pressure, separate wc, and plenty of sink space for all guests; the living room sofa and tv alcove under sloping window is great for holiday movie nights, more marvellous views; kitchen has all necessary implements and pots/pans for cooking/cleaning efficiently and big fridge with freezer; nice light/airy dining area though we ate every meal on the terrace. apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival, you can't beat the location either - few steps out the front door and you've got one of the best seafront breakfast places and the main square, and a couple of steps beyond that is the beach. the owner/estate agent are transparent, helpful and responsive at every stage - v easy out-of-hours key collection - the oven tripped a fuse one evening and the owner was quick to explain how to sort it.

It could do with a second bathroom, fans or air con in the bedrooms, and perhaps a small initial small supply of complementary basics like dishwasher tablets, bathroom soap, and washing up detergent, but these things are easy to overlook given how lovely the flat is. The listing should make clear the towels and bed sheets are not included and need to be hired from the estate agent, but the process is v easy/smooth. The apartment could also do with a welcome pack with basic information about how to operate appliances, where the fuse box is (it's behind the picture frame by the door), and perhaps some local tourist attractions, bus info, and taxi phone numbers etc.

L’emplacement, l’appartement, la terrasse, la vue, les équipements. Le temps était mitigé et nous avons bien profité de la terrasse.

Cela serait bien de mettre une pergola sur la terrasse car elle ne doit pas être utilisable par temps très chaud. Voir à certains moments de la journée quand le soleil pique. À savoir que le soleil est présent du matin presque au soir (exposition est et plein sud).
