Ruhige Lage, Klimageräte in allen Räumen, Supermarkt nahe.
Die Couch ist zu tief, am Brett zur Durchreiche haben wir uns den Kopf gestoßen. Die Sessel in der Küche biegen sich teilweise. Das einzige Schneidebrett aus Plastik ist zerkratzt. Die beschichteten Pfannen sind zerkratzt, es fehlen kleine Schüsserl und scharfe Messer, Pfannenwender, Kochlöffel. Der Balkon ist klein, mit Wäscheständer hat man keinen Platz zum Sitzen.
