Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ziemlich modern eingerichtet. Ein Safe, ein Kühlschrank sowie Wasser, Tee und Kaffee standen uns zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und auch die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Die Damen vom Service waren sehr freundlich.

Leider ist der Fahrstuhl am vorletzten Tag kaputtgegangen, und es war bei der Hitze nicht angenehm, den 3. Stock zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Auch bei der Abreise mussten wir unser Gepäck ohne Fahrstuhl hinunterschleppen.

Our first impression was Ok with the room size as we just rushed out to get some food and explore the city of Naples until quite late. Afterall, we just stayed one night in Naples.

As they are using a card key to activate the electricty and they only provided one card. So, we could only turn on the air-cond after we got back around 9pm after dinner. It was a very hot day out with 35 degree C and we waited and waited and hoped the air-cond would get cooler as we set the temperature at 16C. However, it never got cool and we were sweating and I had to try to text the host to provide a fan around 11pm as we couldn't sleep at all (even though we didn't expect a response being that late). I got a text the next morning from the host and just asked loads of questions like, if we did the setting correctly and none of the guests before were asking for a fan, like it's our problem. At that point, I just wanted to get out of that room and moved on to our next stop while the host was still asking questions....
