Greet location, really close to city centre, easily walkable to lots of shops and the touristy stuff you wanna see. Good lighting options, big enough space to put your stuff if you have lots of luggage, and free off street parking is good (though there is free street parking out front too if you find the rear space tight). Great communication from host before and during. Mostly everything was clean and in good order. Nice size TV's and there were board games and stuff too if you want to play. Fairly quiet too for being close to town. Good usable kitchen too, huge fridge, nicely appointed, washer and dryer as described and even a clothes rack which was nice. Oh and shower pressure was phenomenal, always nice, and it got super hot and super cold whichever you like 👍🏿

Nit picks but in the interests of being totally frank: rear parking is quite tight, anything bigger than a midsize hatchback will struggle (assuming you leave space for others to park), it would be much easier if the big hedge on the right was cut right back as that would give 2 more feet of room easily. Having to climb all the way up to third floor in a building with high ceilings, and on quite a narrow twisting staircases is a bit of a palaver when carrying suitcases too (so maybe not ideal for older people or people with injuries, just be aware, we were okay though). The bathroom shower situation is a bit iffy, it would be better if it had a solid door and a proper tiled ledge or something at the bottom, at the moment its a curtain and plastic thin footing job and it can leak very easily if you're not careful and then there is nowhere for the water to go as the only drain is in the shower. This caused the very thick mat outside the shower to get wet, and the because it's very thick it just stayed wet for the duration of our stay. It would be better to replace this mat with just a thin bath mat/towel that can easily be hung and dried. As for the shower, I can appreciate the door/curtain situation would likely be an expensive fix so might not be something the host wants to do, but the floor piece connecting to the shower walls absolutely should be sorted as a matter of protecting their investment from water damage. Oh, some people might not like that there appears to be students or something living in the ground floor, but they were fine, seemed nice enough and we didn't have any noise issues even over a weekend, but again just be aware that they are there.

Good position, clean and well equipped.

Absolutely unsuitable for three persons, the third one is forced to sleep in a space under the roof with no windows. Absolutely unacceptable. The manager is kind, but not particularly proactive. We had problems with the bathroom sink and he finally fixed it, but this shouldn't happen at all, if the place was better managed. The building is a mess, the stairs are very steep, with heavy luggage you have big problems. The night lamps don't give you any light, we had to use two lamps from the living room in order to read in the evening. Sorry, but there is a lot to be improved.
