Arredamento, elettrodomestici e suppellettili belli e nuovi. Materassi e cuscini comodi e confortevoli. Abbastanza spaziosa. Zanzariere funzionanti. Host cordiale ma poco presente.
Appartamento trovato sporco e con la biancheria dei precedenti inquilini sparsa per casa. La ditta che è intervenuta subito dopo il nostro ingresso ha eseguito una pulizia sommaria e non sufficiente, ho dovuto ripulire tutto da sola; inoltre hanno lasciato il sacco con la biancheria sporca sul terrazzo. Muffa nella doccia, coprimaterassi pieni di capelli, mocio per lavare a terra sporco e consunto, aspirapolvere tanto pieno da non essere utilizzabile, formiche che infestavano la cucina, scarichi del bagno intasati. Assenza di cestini dei rifiuti. Host cordiale ma molto disorganizzato.
