Location and personnel, employees. The people working at this hotel were customer oriented and solution oriented. Willingness to accommodate and help. It’s a place where we definitely would consider booking again, and recommend others to book and stay at.

There’s always things that could be tweaked. But it didn’t take away our satisfaction with the hotel. For daily room cleaning, make sure to leave enough towels and toilet paper. At the breakfast, inform what is included in the price and not. When you order a double room, 2 people, you expect breakfast for two. This was sorted for us, and breakfast for two were accommodated. This is an example of the staff willingness to find a good solution for their client. Bravo! There were a couple of incidents with power cut. That must be fixed by the hotel for the future.

- Warm welcome with a rich welcome drink. - Very tasty local breakfast (beignet haricôt) - Digital operated shower - Good WiFi signal - Complimentary fruit basket on my second day - Good water pressure in the shower

- No standby generator to cover power outage times - Was unable to have breakfast on Day 2 because they said there was no electricity; they asked me to wait till electricity returned. - Everyday I returned after midnight, my room key will need to be configured again from reception for me to gain access to my room. - Unable to use the lift when there is no electricity so climbing stairs became a chore at such times. - On day 3, there was no electricity in my room but interestingly there was in other rooms. My room had to be changed to a room two floors above after midnight when I returned so tired. This meant I had to carry one of my suitcases myself up the stairs. - During check out, once my luggage was brought down to the reception and there was no assistance to help me put them into the car when my ride came. The security guard on duty saw the situation and came to my aid while the receptionists and other staff stood by just watching. I thanked the security who helped me and gave him a handsome tip all to the amazement of the other onlooker staff.
