The place was clean and quiet the hosts was super helpful.

The property was beautiful

Fast wifi, clean sheets, close to downtown, cheap. Other residents were courteous. Bedroom and bathrooms locked and I felt safe.

One real complaint: the owner never responded to my email asking how to check into the property, didn't answer when I phoned upon arrival because my phone number didn't match my account (I never gave one?). I eventually got through but owner was very confused. One of the other residents let me in. Owner needs to communicate better. The rest is said without judgement, because I know the place is cheap, but here are the details: Common space is a kitchen with a two-person table, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom. These spaces seem to be maintained by other, long-term residents and weren't up to my standards for cleanliness: unswept floors, limescale everywhere, hair in the shower, food scraps in the sink drain. Maybe not the residents' fault, as cleaning your own home is different from cleaning a travel space, but uncomfortable. Things not provided that you might not think of: Hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen Bath towels Bath mat (inconsequential, but the bathroom floor was always wet) Soap in the shower Garbage cans in the bathrooms or bedroom Kleenex Paper towels in the kitchen Lamps (again minor, the ceiling lights were fine, but I hated the bright blue-white light at night)
