This is the worst booking experience I have ever had

Nothing

- No hot water when we arrived. The boiler had been unplugged and it takes hours for the water to warm up. Luckily I pugged it in. - No proper cleaning had been done after last guest- the trash bins were full - Entrance key was not working properly - even if you locked the door, you could still open it with a big push - Horrible smell coming from the pipes- they used rags to cover the sink holes. - Apartment was pretty run down. The couch in the living room is in pretty bad shape and even my child could not sleep on it. The curtain rod was completely down and on the bed when we arrived. Another curtain rod was falling apart. The very old radiator was not working in one of the rooms, it obviously needs replacement, and there was an electric radiator, also in pretty bad shape, to provide some heat (I was afraid it may be a fire hazard). The shower placeholder was also down in the bathroom and there were holes in the ceramic. This apartment is not ready to be rented on booking.
